Australia Shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders over $150
Australian orders under $150 will incur a $10 flat standard shipping fee. Express post will also be available at checkout.
All orders are shipped from our Katoomba studio in Australia.
Once your order has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.
Processing Timeframes
Orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days' via Australia Post.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be dispatched during sale and holiday periods.

Allow 1-4 business days to receive express deliveries once parcel has been shipped.
Allow 2-8 business days to receive standard deliveries once parcel has been shipped.
Additional Information
REJECTED OR RETURNED TO SENDER PARCELS
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes or reject a parcel, return shipping and re-import fees will be deducted from your refund. Please note, these charges can exceed the original export cost.
